I worked with Scott at Lamb Real Estate to address repairs needed on a condo in order to get it sold. Scott was instrumental in getting all the condo owners to address the repairs and protect their investment in the building. I credit him personally for resolving the problem that the building had and he did it as quickly as reasonably could be expected. Lamb Real Estate would be wise to improve their customer (hone owner) relationships. Homeowners are paying Lamb Real Estate to be helpful to homeowners.
Lamb Real Estate is a great company to work with, especially for the properties they fully own, which is the difference between this 5 star review, and the poor reviews these other people left. Those individuals all appear to live in apartments, which to my knowledge are just managed by Lamb Real Estate, which means they can't do a whole lot about the conditions of the buildings or any other maintenance issues. They can only contact the owners of said apartment buildings and relay the information and then direct repairs or solve any other issues at the APARTMENT BUILDING OWNERS request. As for the property I rented from Lamb Real Estate, I had a great experience, building issues were fixed in an effective and timely manner, and everyone is easy and enjoyable to talk to.. Once again, for the sake of a perfectly fine small family business, disregard the poor reviews written against them which are not under their control, if those folks had any sense they would know it is not fair to direct the blame towards Lamb Real Estate.
